Kaka speaks out about his situation

During the 2 days off that all Real Madrid players had, Kaka took a trip to visit friends in Milan. Kaka answered to Sky Italia and this is what he said about his situation:

I have a contract with Real Madrid. The two clubs must agree. I had an amazing time at Milan, I experienced wonderful years. I want to be helpful in finding a solution that will make me comfortable and the Real.”

(I am not sure about the translation, so if you speak italian, feel free to correct it!)

Robinho added: “It ‘a great friend and a great champion. I love him, he could give so much more at Milan.

    Video of Kaka speaking (italian)

And Kaka & Robinho picture (posted by Kaka on his Instagram account) “How much I missed my black brother !!

Article on Sky Sport (italian) click here. Thank you all for posting the video and article in the comments! =)

And no matter what happens, we are with you Ricky!

Please kaka don’t waste no more time at real. You’re not a star for the bench. Mou is very jealous of you. So stay away from him. Thanks! I love you kaka. God bless you!

@Ingrid : great comment my friend!U R right everything’s changed…we will always support kaka together & one thing I really want is everyone sees that he is still a wonderful player specially Madridismos to know that he tried to do his best, but some problems like Mou & injuries didn’t let him to shine.by the way : HALA KAKA!

    • Ketan 11:41 am on January 19, 2013 Permalink

Now it is confirmed that kaka is transferred to milan because no renowned website can display a fake news without confirmation for its popularity.. Hip Hip hurrah

    • Simon 10:20 am on January 19, 2013 Permalink

RM tagged Kaka 25m again!!, it will hard for ACMilan to sign him if 25M, as AC is lack of money. I wonder if RM really willing to let Kaka go

    • Jeni 9:18 am on January 19, 2013 Permalink

According to sportsmediaset (see martina22acm’s blog) it’s agreed! Rm loan Kaká to acm for 18 months with an option to buy at the end!

      Alleluia, praise the Lord!

    • Ingrid 4:14 am on January 19, 2013 Permalink

Sorry I’m here again hehehe BUT I’ve just read it from @Milanello account on Twitter:

      “AC Milan News ?@Milanello
The agreement that Milan and Real Madrid have made for Kakà: 30-month loan deal (until June 2015), according to GdS. @KAKA
Allegri plans to use Kakà as a defensive midfielder, according to tomorrow’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport. @KAKA.
Milan and Real Madrid have already reached an agreement for Kakà. Now Kakà just have to accept Milan’s contract offer, according to GdS.”

OMG, wishing Gazzetta’s news are true :)

    • Ingrid 3:41 am on January 19, 2013 Permalink

I think we all have to be careful at this moment, Kakafans.
I still have my doubts about Kaka’s return to our lovely Milan, BUT I’m really confident :)
According to AS, Galliani will travel next tuesday to sign with Kaka..
On the other hand, Marca said Milan and RM didn’t reach an agreement about this (the problem is the money, of course, even after Kaka’s words in Milan expressing his desire to return).
Well, I said we must be calm because, even if Kaka return to Milan, we have to be conscious that probably nothing is gonna be the same like years ago.
Kaka’s young and totally capable, but from 2009 till now, he suffered from hard injuries, he’s 30 now, he’s not having a sequency of game because is always on the bench (Mourinho asshole!). Plus, Milan is not the same, these times are not easy to rossoneri, we don’t have those great players we used to have when Kaka was a star.
So, everything is different now. Sure we must be happy about his return (if it really happens), I think he’s gonna have better chances to play there. But I think it’s important for us to be prepared to face a different situation too.. Maybe “gold times” be back quickly, maybe not, maybe they come slowly..
Crossed fingers and much pray for Kaka now :) I wish RM and Milan come to terms!
But the most important, for me, is Kaka leaving Real asap. No more bench, please! :D

My heart wants you to stay at Madrid, but my mind is telling me that you will get a better chance in Milan. I will support you, no matter what. But by the way, kaka’ won’t be able to play in the CL if he moved to Milan because he already played and scored with Madrid.

I had great moments at Milan (city) and i have a lot? of friends”. Sky Sport didn’t write the same thing on their website though.

@CJ: wow that’s really bad, only 2 years before the WC…

For all who are asking if Kaka is going to leave, for the 1000000th time, Kakà is still a RM player, and none of the rumors in the medias are true. (China seriously? sigh). Pre-season starts the 15th July, we will see if Kakà will be there or not, just be patient. (I will post the pre season calendar soon, but you can already see it here)

    • sami 3:17 pm on July 5, 2012 Permalink

Here is my oppinion now that ive thought about it. I think kaka is still preatty young in my oppinion so, I think he should find a new club that is good & that will use him and I think he should go to ( if they want him or if he want’s to go there ) is : Arsenal , Chelsea , or PSG & spend a few years there and then when he’s 33-34 I think he should come back to Italy to play for milan or inter or some club like that like sampdoria , or napoli. Then , when he’s 35 I think he should go to back Sao Paulo or MLS or even Anzil to end up his career. I will always respect kaka’s choice though but I think that’s what he should do.

Sorry @nastaran, I think I misunderstood what you said.. I hope so! Are you saying the fact of Kaka being a family man harms his performance on the fields? Sorry, but if you mean that, I disagree!
Your comment reminds me an article I read some days ago which said Kaka should cut his vacation to improve his performance. Sincerely? that’s so non sense!! He deserves to have some weeks with his family, enjoying the kids and wife! Kaka’s a human being, not a machine.. Everything must happen in the right time.
When RM be back to work, certainly Kaka’s gonna be prepared to give his best.

      some news of Kaká: http://globoesporte.globo.com/atleta/kaka.html
Rumors about the departure of Kaka to PSG – There is no negotiation. Nothing at all. I have a personal relationship with Kaka and on that basis, everyone talks about the possibility of a transfer to happen. The truth is that at this time, Kaka is no longer a priority for Paris Saint Germain – the leader said in an interview with French daily “Le Parisien”.

to Guangzhou Evergrande – “Corriere dello Sport”, the destination can be half Kaka Chinese football.
The President of the Chinese club, Xu Jia Ying, would be willing to offer a contract of € 18 million (U.S. $ 46.5 million), divided into three years. Furthermore, the leader in mind would reduce the requirement of the Real player, which is € 25 million (U.S. $ 64.6 million).

to Milan – could go to other countries, but not Italy, where it would cost twice as much. Kaka has a cost so high that it is impossible to leave Spain. He still has three years of his contract with Real Madrid and we can not pay even if the club accept. He has a salary that is impossible for us to take. In Spain there is a different tax and the Italian tax authorities is impossible – Galliani said.
According to Spanish newspaper “Marca”, Bosco Leite, father of the player, is in Milan to meet with the board of the Italian team and treat the back of the Brazilian. A conversation with Adriano Galliani, vice president Rossoneri, and the club’s sporting director is selected.

During the last week, but Galliani has denied that Kaka would return to Milan – perhaps as a way of surveys on the transfer?

about RM – While the transfer market in Europe boils, Kaka suggests that now do not want to leave Real Madrid club at which he still has three more years of contract. That is, if the coach Jose Mourinho did not ask the board to negotiate it, follow the Brazilian team, said on Tuesday the Spanish daily “Marca”.

Kaká just need a chance in RM, the bench is no place for him.

@maef I totally agree!! But there’s a lot of Kaka in both their looks, especially in their eyes, absolutely pure, honest and innocent like Kaka’s
I love Lucas’ pose in the fourth pic tho, the one before Isabella’s ‘enough mommy!’ ice-cream photo. It’s like he’s saying don’t mess with coz I’m the son of the greatest footballer in the world and the world’s best brother – haha just can’t get enough of that line!

Just read a report that, according to his representative, Kaka dreams of playing in the MLS. However, loved some of the comments there and totally agree with one of them that he would be a one-man team, and could rip apart all of them solo…

      @Santiago
U speak the truth, coz RM don’t seem to be making much good use of Kaka’s talents. I too am a Kakafan through and through but I’m also a madridsta. But that certainly doesn’t mean I support Mou’s decision to glue Kaka to the bench. It’s the same with many others Kakafans here which is probably why many insist on Kaka staying back at RM hoping that Mou will give him a chance to shine… again. There’s a thin line between not being able to stand those who want Kaka to stay on at RM and actually understanding the scores of reasons they would have for saying so… At the end of the day, like Hana says, wait till things become official. Also, being Kakafans means we must be ready to respect not only one another’s statements, but also respecting Kaka’s own sentiments and decisions, which no doubt are experienced and made respectively after so many other aspects are consodered which we probably completely miss out; we must not, I think, by any means discount even the most unpopular of his decisions as the ‘worst.’ Keep praying and hoping for the best, Kakafans. Btw, Kaka looks great, and so does his family, probably the best celebrity family ever! Hala Kaka!

    • Santiago 5:51 pm on June 25, 2012 Permalink

ok i just want to keep positive, but it’s just that people that want KAKA to stay, is the WORST decision he could make, i just get tired of other fans saying that he should stay. It’s annoying to read comments when they don’t even know what they are talking about. But i have nothing against u HANA, in fact i owe u. It’s just annoying to hear: KAKA STAY!!! AHHH!

    • Hana 7:56 am on June 25, 2012 Permalink

@Santiago: please, you don’t disappoint me since I want him to leave Madrid and I would love to see him in Milan. But I respect his choice. This rumor started in Corriero dello sport I know. Kakà said that he doesn’t want to leave right after he won La Liga, he was in the ad of the RM jerseys 2012/2013 and Galliani denied the rumors. But if you prefer to believe medias rather than facts, it’s your choice. I will believe medias when it will be official. There were probably 50 rumors saying that Kaka is about to leave the past 3 years, and where is he playing today? He is still in RM. If Kaka decided to leave that’s good, I will still support him. If he doesn’t, I won’t be exstatic, but I will keep support him.

As Milk said, just enjoy holidays and the euro…

    • Milk 6:22 am on June 25, 2012 Permalink

Since Kaka is enjoying his holidays happily with his family, why didn’t do the same for us? Just let the fact come out then we shall know whether Kaka will leave to which team or stay in RM.
They are happy ,beautiful and lovely family. Kaka and Caroline should have more children because i am sure their children will all be beautiful according to their genes and the best is they know how to teach their children in the correct way.

      hala kaka…!!!

    • Santiago 12:51 am on June 25, 2012 Permalink

Sorry to disappoint you, but Kaka needs to leave. And you need to know this was not posted by a media only. Italian newspapers, said it. And kaka probably said himself that he has decided to leave. Even if he hasn’t announced it. He’s smart enough to know something that fans and experts already know, if he stays at RM another season, his career will be doomed

    • Hana 9:49 pm on June 24, 2012 Permalink

@Santiago: Galliani already denied WEDNESDAY the Kaka rumor, it’s just AS who keep spreading their lies to sell more papers. So don’t believe everything written in medias. We all know that Kakà’s father still have some contacts in Milan, it doesn’t mean that when he goes to Milan, it’s for his son (this already happen last season). I’m really sick of the spanish medias, they know that it’s not true, but they keep spreading their craps. One day they say Kaka will stay, the other day they announced him in Brazil/PSG/US! And if I think that Kaka will stay, it doesn’t mean that I want him to stay. One last thing, I am not going to post everytime a new rumor appears on internet, otherwise I’ll be posting every single day for nothing. What’s the point to speak about rumors? I will post when something will be official. Stop believe medias!!

Galliani denies Kakà’s rumor (salary way too high for Milan) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdSHTDS2eXU&list=UUKcx1uK38H4AOkmfv4ywlrg&index=1&feature=plcp

    • Santiago 8:16 pm on June 24, 2012 Permalink

For thosenof you that think that kaka should stay! Here’s what ur missing. Kaka needs to run to leave. Mou doesn’t trust him, and he’s not going to compete with Ozil. This site is very good, but only google news for mexico talks about him every day. His father is at Milan to negatiotate his transfer ordered by kaka himself. If he wants to play in the next world cup, he has to leave to a team like Milan which is very good at making veterans play better. Kaka LEAVE!

    • Ingrid 6:09 pm on June 24, 2012 Permalink

Bosco (Kaka’s dad and business man) is in Milan.
Media says he’s gonna talk to Galliani to negociate Kaka’s return, but seriously, I think Kaka won’t leave Real Madrid – and even if he leaves, certainly he won’t be back to Milan.. maybe PSG, Chelsea.. what do you guys think?

    Lucas’s birthday celebration in Disney

As Kaka said in the interview when he visited the Disney Espn complex, the whole cute little family celebrated Luca’s birthday in Disney, in USA. The whole family had a good time with Mickey and Minnie and Luca loved the cake ‘Disney style’. Isabella is so precious, what a cutie!

Kakà gave a little interview to Caras:

    - Kaka, how it feels to witness the joy of your children?

    - I’ve been to Disney since adolescence and now I have the privilege to bring my children and see how they play, it’s for us a great joy. It is the third consecutive year we’ve been here. This time, Luca is older (4 years old) and he can enjoy more.

    - What are your favorite memories of the parks? What makes you keep coming back?

    - The main memory is the Magic Kingdom, it is the place we most like to go with children. I think it really reflects what Disney really is. The children bing us come back  and the longing we feel when you go. So every year we give just pass … If you can, choose holidays in Disney and come spend time here, it’s really worthwhile! It is a place of fun and fulfillment of dreams.

    - Do you have a favorite character?

    - Donald Duck! (Laughs)

    - Why?

    - I also like Mickey, but Donald, with that surly way, is a character that I identify a lot.

    - Also you visited the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?

    - Yes If I did have the opportunity visit the place, I have many friends here. I like sports and always follow what is happening. This time, I had the opportunity to meet David Oliver, an American who will compete in the Olympics in London.

    - What about facilities?

    - I’ve had Sao Paulo, Milan and Real Madrid clubs, all have excellent structure and a little can compare with this one. Even without a team, the center is very nice. The fields, the gym, all …

    - Young Brazilian participate in the Disney International Cup in the summer. Vale international experience for the kids?

    - I had some international experience as a child in Japan, Chile and USA. All were good for me in terms of learning and cultural experience. Good luck to the competitors and teams that will participate this year!

    - Are you looking forward to the World Cup in Brazil?

    - Quite. I think it’s a dream of every Brazilian. It will be a great growth opportunity for us. Our country will really show the world that is Brazil. And of course everyone is hoping we have an excellent performance and, perhaps, have not won the sixth title.

    - What are you doing to ensure your place in the selection?

    - I think next season will be crucial for me, since I missed two years with the NT since the World Cup. Since the 2010 World Cup I have not played for the national team. It is a step at a time. Now the club is to hit the possibilities to act and, then, of course, see the possibility of return to the Brazilian national team.

His options are minimal. Only Malaga can save him. If he stays at RM…his world cup will be already over.

Kaka’ won’t give up on hope or faith, no matter what !! Maybe GOD saved the best for him to the next season. Lucas mora won’t replace kaka’, but hulk might replace di maria.

    • Sami 9:10 pm on May 30, 2012 Permalink

@hana Agreed. Kaka will definetily fade in real madrid & I still respect his choice thoguh. If kaka goes to psg he’ll do great there then clubs litte more popular then psg will bid for him & then even more clubs will bid for him thats how it is. Kaka will definitly fade at real madrid though he already is right now :(. So, any club is better for kaka right now its sad but true.

    • Hana 7:58 pm on May 30, 2012 Permalink

oh come on guys… Kaka will never trash Mou in medias we all know that and we all know that as soon as DM came back, he didn’t support him. There was no injury, Kaka was fit (if he was injured, why would he travel with the team in Munich or Barcelona?). We all saw how Mou and the teammates supported publicly Higuain when he wanted to leave; nothing for Kaka (except Casillas). One last thing, if Mou really supported Kaka, why does he want to buy Lucas Moura? I think you have to face the thruth, guys. Unfortunately, Kaka is not in Mou’s plans, we have some facts to prove it. I said many times that I respect Kakà’s choice (staying in Madrid) but it’s hard to accept it.

Leonardo said about Kaka: “even if he is not at 100%, he is fantastic” thank you Leonardo for your kind words, that’s great to see that few people still believes in him (even if those person are not in Kakà’s current club).

I have an article in french where Leonardo talks about Kaka (click here), but I’m sure you can find what Leo said on other english websites.

I heard that Mourinho was interested in Lucas Moura, which is not a good news for Kaka. If RM buy him, Kaka will have to think twice before staying there.

Sorry for the lack of updates (although there are not much news, only pictures of Kaka during holidays). I will update asap.

@ALL Yeah even though psg is not popular it keeps improving popularity & plus psg its better then real madrid for kaka at this moment & here’s reasons why. Once or if kaka joins psg he’ll get lots’ of playing time & experience then, other clubs will want to buy him thats an little bit better then other clubs will want him. Kaka just please go to any club besides real madrid otherwise if kaka stays at real madrid he’ll just keep fading like raul. I know people think he’ll fade at psg but wrong he’ll get lots of playing time he’ll probly do ok at first then he be world class again & clubs will wan’t him again. Why kaka will fade at real madrid is because, he wont get much playing time & kaka is already fading & decreasing at real madrid & soon once kaka goes against real madird ( if goes to different team ) im sure he’ll be 2x as much better as he was in milan. Age doesint matter because lampard on chealsea is older then kaka & he still really good.

Acco me kaka should join EPL clubs like chelsea / manu / arsenal,,, if not acmilan/ juventus,,,, i dont want kaka in PSG,,, bt i have a strong feeling if kaka goes to PSG it will be a one of the biggest club in future,,,, before 8-10 years chelsea was nt a big name bt after abramovitch purchasing a chelsea, it became one of the great,,,,, Ancetolli is a great coach n club is having enough money to spend on big players…. chelsea under ancetolli in 2009 was best in europe(better than barca, madrid manu) scoring more than 100 goals jst in epl,,, i m sure wherever kaka goes it will be great

Kaka met Marco Aurelio (from SPFC) some days ago e probably he (Marco) advised Kaka to come back to Brazil hahaha.
But for me it’s completely clear that he won’t be back, at least not now. Medias said Kaka wants to keep on Real Madrid, although, he assumed that he would consider moving to any team in England, SO.. pay attention, guys! hehehe
I still believes Real won’t sell him.

there are no news about a transfer (I read transfer start 13th June); kaka is in Brazil and he doesn’t look concerned by a transfer. I assume that if he was about to move away from RM, he will be in Europ, which is not the case. I guess he is not moving, so there is no point to talk about where he should go or not imo…

    • Sami 10:57 pm on May 24, 2012 Permalink

@maef The problem is , is that none of thoose clubs want kaka anymore they all pulled out besides psg with kakas old milan coach. Psg is even an better club to be at for kaka than real madrid right now at least he’ll get more playing time & then other clubs that are more noticed little by little will bid for him. So, theres the reason psg is better than real madrid for kaka.

KAKA NEEDS A BIG TEAM SUCH AS:

      MANCHESTER UNITED
      MANCHESTER CITY
      CHELSEA
      LIVERPOOL
      ARSENAL
      BAYERN
EVEN……………. “VALENCIA with soldado” OR EVEN” ATLETICO DE MADRID with falcao” !!!!!

    • santi 11:56 pm on May 23, 2012 Permalink

Let’s hope the medias are correct and he leaves Hana. Staying in RM does not benefit him. News say RM want to replace him. And if he stays…he will have to much competition. We have to accept the facts. If he wants to play HIS world cup in HIS country…he needs to play almost 2 whole seasons in to earn a spot. In RM. That’s almost impossible. And with Mou. It IS impossible. He needs to stop thinking about the club, and think for his career and future.

    • santiago 11:49 pm on May 23, 2012 Permalink

It is almost done Kaka leaving to PSG. He’s got price and is “available´´ clearly showing RM does not want him in the squad anymore. Kaka will not like this and let us hope he leaves RM for another adventure

    Kakà visits SMCCU in Dubaï

[Updated] Kakà is still enjoying his holidays with his family (Carol, Luca, Isabella and Digao and his wife). The organisation SMCCU (Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding) received yesterday the visit of Kakà and his family; the whole family visited the Bastakiya Mosque.

I found the pictures on Kakaecacelico Tumblr:

Many thanks to the people who keep posting pictures of Kakà in Dubaï!

**Update: Kakà was actually invited by the DTCM (Dubaï Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing). You can read the article here.

Kakà said: “Dubai is a wonderful city and one of the nicest in the world. I am honoured to be here for the family holiday. I thank the DTCM for the wonderful opportunity given to me to visit the emirate. I am overwhelmed with the hospitality I enjoyed here and we plan to come again to Dubai soon.”

During the meeting, they discussed the promotion and marketing of Dubai as a sports destination across the world and how DTCM has been promoting football through various initiatives, including the recently-held fourth edition of Dubai Football Challenge.

Bonus: Bloopers of the Christmas video (Kakà sings Jingle Bells =))

DailyMail is full of BS, so seriously I don’t know why you prefer to believe DailyMail rather than Kaka. Kakà is way too expensive for Milan, I don’t think CHelsea will buy a player who will not be able to play the CL, and rumors abt PSG, Kakà won’t play for a club who doesn’t play CL and who haven’t weapons to win it. Seriously I’m really sick of this rumors but I’m even more sick of Kakafans who keep spreading those rumors. We all know that they are all false, and even if they’re right, I prefer to wait for official statement. I have one thing to reproach to Real Madrid though, they don’t protect Kakà. I mean, last rumors were about Pato and yesterday Milan denied the rumors. Real Madrid never did that, and I think they should…

@Nastaran: Your comment is disgusting, seriously.

Kaka up for saleDecember 27, 2011

Real Madrid are willing to sell Brazilian playmaker Kaka for £22 million, according to reports.

Kaka: Six La Liga starts this season
      • Premier League return ‘next step’ for Mourinho

Kaka, who joined Real from AC Milan in a £55 million deal in 2009, struggled to make his mark at the Bernabeu following a series of injury problems and has fallen out of favour with manager Jose Mourinho, who prefers to play Germany international Mezit Ozil.

Madrid are now ready to let Kaka, 29, go for a relatively cut-price fee.

“Kaka has always interested other clubs and Mourinho has decided that he has far better options in midfield so the best thing to do is to move him on,” a Madrid source told the Daily Mail.

“There has been no concrete offer but it is now known that the club would accept an offer in the region of £22 million.”

Chelsea, PSG and the Brazilian’s former club AC Milan have been linked with a January move for the forward.

PSG’s sporting director Leonardo admitted that he has the money to sign Kaka, while Milan president Silvio Berlusconi said: “There is always a place at the San Siro for a 100% Milanista.”

I WANT TO CRY FOR KAKA….. MOU IS SUPER FOOLISH!!!

    Carol Celico’s Interview

Let’s get out of football world & transfer rumors for a while and let’s read this lovely interview of Kakà’s wife. I found it on Caroltranslated Tumblr, all the credit is for her!

It is really cute when she talked about Kakà as husband and as father. Love it. Enjoy =)

    Old Fashioned Wife

Caroline Celico shares details of her marriage with Kaká, talks about her relationship with her kids and about the balance and maturity she found after leaving Renascer Church.

    By Bruna Narcizo

    Photos by Pedro Dias/Ag.Istoé

She’s got the image of a decent girl. She talks briefly, but logically, in a low voice, wearing simple clothes. Caroline Celico is far from being the typical soccer player wife, who are almost always looking for attention – not to mention the rest. This couldn’t have been differently, as she was raised among São Paulo’s high class and is the daughter of bussinesswoman Rosangela Lyra, ambassador of French fashion house Dior in Brazil. Her genes are as exclusive as her behavement alongside her husband Kaká, Real Madrid’s mid-field. During her last stay in São Paulo, Caroline released her self-titled album, starting her journey as a singer, in a kind of music she defines as “pop of God”. The experience will be unique: she doesn’t want to start a career, record another album, tour around the word or anything like that. At age 24, all she wants to do is to take care of her children – Luca, 3, and the newborn Isabella, who is 3 months old. In return, she managed to make her husband record a song with her. “He did it to prove his love”, she says. She also talked about her daily life in Madrid, her CD, the problems they faced at Renascer and her abilities to take care of the house and leave her husband free of chores.

    Are you jealous of Kaká?

I was never jealous, especially about his fans. We share a devotion, because I know he is mine. You have to be careful, like in a party someone can always… the fans are okay, they are lovely, most of them like me and like to talk.

What’s the secret for this passion to last 10 years?

I think that the bad and good aspects of marriage challenge you to start all over again everyday. So we start over. We try not to do always the same things, you know? Especially after the children were born, they’re all we talk about. There’s gotta be that nice new feeling, the feeling of love, of surprises… you can write a message on the mirror one day, leave a note on his wallet the next day, play a nice song in the car…

Do you have nicknames for each other?

I like to call him Boo.

    Why Boo?

Because of Monsters, INC the movie. The little girl says “boo” and scares the little monster. I thought that was really cute, so I called him Boo. He calls me Boo too, but he also calls me “Life”, “Love”. When he’s mad, it’s Caroline. And only my mother calls me Caroline besides him.

How did you convince Kaká to sing?

I thought it would be harder. But he saw it as a way to prove his love, you know? He said: “I’ll give her this gift”. He has a really busy schedule, and he dedicated just one afternoon to record the song for the CD and DVD. Before recording, he recieved a few instructions and then we recorded the song. Even if he had reharseled a lot, he would never be as good as a professional, because that’s not what he does.

You and Claudia Leitte shared one of the most beautiful moments in the DVD, are you good friends?

I didn’t know Claudia’s work when I was in Milan, not even when she was in Babado Novo (band). But one day I went to a friend’s house and she played her DVD. And I saw Claudia talking about God in her concert and thought: “Wow, she’s so brave to share the word of God. Most people are scared to do so, and she’s talking to a lot of people”. At this moment I felt a very great deal of affection for her, some kind of connection, you know? And I contacted her when I came to São Paulo. It was very touching when we met. I told her my story and she told me that in that same month she had seen a video of mine on You Tube, preaching, passing a message, and she said: “I really liked you a lot”. That was in 2009. When I invited her to sing with me,I told her about my DVD project and she agreed right away, she didn’t even know what it was about. It was pure emphaty from both sides.

Do you want to start a tour?

    No.

Why did you leave Renascer Church?

I won’t talk about the reasons. I was there for many years, 7 years, actually, and Kaká even longer than that. One day we decided we’d had enough. So we opted to leave it, but we’re very grateful for the people that helped us there. We made a lot of friends.

Do you want to join another church?

    No.

Your mom didn’t like it when you joined Evangelicalism, did she?

She didn’t approve the idea. I was raised in a Catholic Church. When I met Kaká, I had never heard of Evangelicalism. After I joined his church, I used to argue a lot with my mother. I had many immature moments, I was only 15. I had really bad moments with her. Now that I am a mother I see that she only wanted the best for me, she didn’t want me to go the wrong way. Nothing else.

Having the ambassador of such a luxurious brand as a mother, and many times frequenting less spiritual circles doesn’t make a conflict between the “Bible” and “Louboutin”?

There are people looking for God and goodness anywhere and inside any profession. I believe that God always looks inside our hearts and see how much we want to help the others, with or without Louboutins, but always with the inspiration of the Bible.

How is your daily life in Madrid?

I like to swim, I go to the gym. I don’t like to work out too much, like going out for a run, this is not for me. But I like to do lengthening and stuff like that.

Do you go to any church in there?

Kaká’s never been to any church during these 8 years out of Brazil. He always looked for messages online and studied… we help each other, we pray together, we talk about it when we’re in the car, in the bath…

Do you spend much time alone?

Yes. Every since I met Kaká, I spend a lot of time alone. He has two games per week, so that’s four days out. That leaves only three for me. During these three days, he has to go training, photoshooting, do interviews, things like that. It’s like a bussinessman that arrives home late in the night. It’s very complicated because it’s not only about me anymore, it’s also about the kids.

And what do you do when he’s away?

I take care of Luca and Isabella. I love going to the supermarket, I love cooking, buying different ingredients, asian scents…

    But do you have friends?

In Madrid I have less. In Milan I had more friends because I went to college there, I worked. I have a couple of Spanish and Brazilian friends that I met there.

Do you usually visit other soccer players?

Kaká is very good friends with Marcelo (Brazilian player in Real Madrid), who has a little boy. He is also friends with Cristiano Ronaldo, but he has a girlfriend and another lifestyle.

What’s your favorite place to go with the family?

We love to take Luca to the Zoo. He loves animals. Milking the cows. That’s when Isabella was born, she was supposed to be born a week later. She came a week earlier when I was showing Luca how to milk the cows in a farm. I had contractions all day and I went into labour at midnight of that day.

How is Kaká as a father?

When he’s at home, he’s always with them. He likes to play, jump on the bed and make a tent with the sheets and pillows for Luca. He’s a great dad. But I don’t let him change the diapers, because there’s no need. I don’t make him do it. And I don’t want him to do boring things when he’s at home.
