“The 31st Ricardo Kakà birthday project”

Update 13/04/13: don’t forget to participate to Kaka’s birthday project, you still have 5 days!!! (until 18/04/13)

This year again, we decided to do a partnership with Forzakakaonline.com for Kaka’s coming birthday!

Everything is written down there and don’t forget to visit Forzakakaonline.com ! thank you and I hope everyone will participate. Huge thanks to Chevy who’s taking care of this!

Oh what a ride this has been. I can’t believe it will be already a year since the first Birthday Project I made, and now the second has already started. Yes, it’s here, with the partnership of kakafans.net, and the main protagonist is you!

I want to explain you in a very detailed way how you can take part on the project and also why I decided to do it this way.

First of all I have to put some clear things: last year I had plenty of free time to develop the project so I took care of all the construction of it, but this time it’s different and my time is really reduced so I don’t have the space to build the project, that’s why this time it will be kind of automatized.

So, that said, here’s what you can/have to do: You will submit your birthday messages for Kaká and they will be automatically published in a special place of the site. In order to do that you will have to Register (this to avoid the spam on the messages). After that, you will be emailed with a confirmation link and once you confirm your registration, you will be able to login and post!

It’s quite simple, but I want you to keep in mind these important things:

    • By registering you are not giving away any personal information, you can even use a surname if you want. This site hasn’t asked you any personal data besides of an e-mail that won’t be public.
    • Please SET A FEATURED IMAGE when writing your birthday message. This will make your post look better once it’s published and it’s the only image that will be shown in a big size without having to click anything. So I highly recommend you that if you want Kaká to see a message that you put into an image or something like that, put that image as the featured image.
    • Wait until the images you upload are fully uploaded (100%).
    • You have plenty of customization options while you write, just explore and if you have any problem please email me.
    • You can insert a video from YouTube or any other video sharing service, but you will have to have some HTML knowledge, sorry I couldn’t make it easier. In case you can’t figure out how and you really want/need to put it, submit the message and email me so I can help you.
    • If you click on the “Submit” button and nothing happens, click it again, it should work.
    • You can publish the message and edit it later in case you forgot to include something.
    • Submit only one message, don’t submit more that one since we want equality. I will be checking it very carefully and in case you publish more than one message, I will contact you or only leave the first you made.
    • Submissions will be open until April 18th, if that date changes you will see the update here.

That’s it! You can register now, confirm your account, login, submit and check when you want all the submitted messages here: http://forzakakaonline.com/kakabirthday/category/31birthday and interact with other fans.

Hopefully Kaká will read your message, we will make everything we can to show it to him!

Thanks for participating, and share this (http://bit.ly/31bdaykakap) on your social profiles so more people take part on it. Hope you have fun and if you have any questions or problems with the process you can contact me!

    Happy holidays!

And Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! I wanted to post the video of the wishes that the players record every year, but I didn’t find the video. It looks like only the president, captains and coach did the video this year.

In these last days of 2012, I’d like to share with you an open letter to Kaka written by Reazur and a fanart made by Santiago.

Merry Christmas to Kaka and his family of course! It looks like Kaka spent Christmas in Brazil with his family-in-law this year, Carol’s brother shared 2 pictures  on his Instagram account (thanks Triple S for letting us know!)

The letter from @tripleS was great. I believe that Mou will be leaving RM by the end of Feb (after loosing to ManU) and I just hope he does not end up at Chelsea where he could damage the Brazilians at that club. Mou is fighting for his place at RM and is too stubborn to see that he is the problem…he is not a team builder but a dominating person wanting his way. I pray that Kaka can find the strength to continue at RM or wherever and hope for a great finish to the season for him.

    Revista soccer interview

Few days after the making-of of the photoshoot was released, the interview that comes with the pictures is finally out. Big thanks to Ingrid who transcribe the interview and translate it on her website! Obrigado!

I hope we will have the pictures of the photoshoot soon.

Kaka in the highest – by Bianca Iaconelli

“Christian, husband and father who loves soccer”. That’s the way Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite define himself on the short space for it on Twitter. Page which counts with almost 14 millions of followers by the way. On his Facebook page, it’s counted more than 19 millions fans. And it’s not a surprise when we talk about Kaka, a player who reaches at age 30 getting the good stuff as results of a solid and noticed career, with awards like World Cup and the best soccer player/Golden Ball in 2007. More than this, now he celebrates 2 important victories which show his strength: days before this interview, Kaka scored his 28th goal in Champions League, becoming the brazilian player who scored more times in Europe championships. Some months ago he was called up by Mano Menezes to be back to Brazil NT after 2 years of absence. Nowadays defending Real Madrid’s jersey, the midfielder who was famous in SPFC and debuted in AC Milan when he went to Europe, doesn’t hide his joy about being in a good and successful phase: “I project my aims, individual and collective ones, and search for discipline and organization, always. It motives me. I still have the dream of winning again all the important awards”

Among his careful sport memories, Kaka points his participation on WC final in 2002: “I think it’s the title that every player wants to get, to be world champion and I was there participating to the ‘penta’”.
Besides being UN ambassador since 2004, Kaka participates in projects such as the Special Olympics, a movement that encourages the sport to young people with special needs.

RS: Did you believe to go as far in football as a teenager?
KAKA: Honestly, no! My dream was to get to the professional Sao Paulo and playing just one game for the Brazilian NT. The Bible says that God can do more than we ask or think, and this is what really happened to me.

RS: Did your parents encourage you to play football as a child or being in a field was your request?
KAKA: I started playing at 8 years old when I moved to São Paulo from Curitiba (sic) [Note: I, Ingrid, believe there has been a mistake in this part, because Kaka was born in Brasilia, moved to CUIABÁ and then went to São Paulo. So I think instead of Curitiba, Cuiabá is correct, but it says so in the magazine]. They were always by my side, but never pressured, and it was good for me to have support at home and not a pressure.

RS: Was there a player, athlete from another sport, which was his idol and somehow has served as an example for your career?
KAKA: The best player I saw playing was Ronaldo (“Fenomeno”). Another idol I have is Ayrton Senna, both are examples, each in its kind, with features that made them winners.

RS: Looking back at all the accomplishments you achieved in your career, which one considers the most important?
KAKA: the titles that were won. I am happy to say that, as a player, earned the most team and individual titles possible.

RS: What motivates you to get up, go to training, overcome difficulties and criticism and strive for their goals in the sport?
KAKA: I have clearly defined my goals, what I want, and I dedicate myself to conquer them, always thinking of what I can do to be even better.

“Often the criticisms are hard, even unfair, but you are part and picking up strength. I see the bad phases, as I had with injuries, as a motivation, obstacles to overcome, always seek solutions at work to change these situations ”
Striker says that still does not think about what might engage after deciding to abandon lawns since that time has not come close yet. Their goals focused on follow stabilize in NT.

RS: What the recent returns to Brazil squad after so long away, meant to your career?
KAKA: The calling up was very important to me. I was prestigious. Serving Brazil NT is a privilege, especially with so many good players that may be there. It meant a new beginning at age 30.

RS: How, in your experience and maturity, can help the team lift the cup in 2014?
KAKA: I believe that my technical capacity and tactics are the best help and also the experience of someone who has been to three World Cups.

RS: Do you think we are favorites?
KAKA: Always, in any competition. Because we are playing at home, besides the favoritism, the responsibility increases. The group is in formation and, in my opinion, the right way.

RS: We suffered a big change now, the exchange of technical short time to the World Cup. Do you think this change worthwhile?
KAKA:  Enter a new coaching staff with extensive experience and who has won previous World Cups. This factor makes know some shortcuts to success in competition.

RS: What other teams may be hard to compete to?
KAKA: Spain is good and will be a favorite. Argentina, Italy, Germany, England and France are also traditional teams so they can make a great World Cup.

Married for seven years with the businesswoman Caroline Celico, Kaka is father of Luca (4) and Isabella (1). About eldest son follow in his footsteps, he says: “I leave him free to choose. For now, Luca just plays with cousins and friends having fun, but not so interested. ”
And amid speculation about his possible departure from Real Madrid, is not impossible that the Brazilians are filled with hope: “Yes, I would return to play in Brazil, don’t want it now, but if one day return, would give priority to Sao Paulo “.

    >>>> In the comments, talk only about this interview. If you want to talk about the last game and Real Madrid, check the previous post. Thank you.

Revista Soccer Photoshoot: the making of

Hi everyone! today, a non-football-related-post about Kaka doing the cover of Revista Soccer magazine. Until we get the article/interview and the pictures, you can watch the ‘making of’ of the photoshoot, which is very pleasant. I love it =) enjoy! and thanks a lot Yan for sharing it :)

Kaká | Revista Soccer from Grupo Evol on Vimeo.

I also took few caps, I hope you like them (if you use them for your website, please put the source, thanks!) And you can also check Yan’s Tumblr to see the gifs of the video, click here and here.

We are back with great news!

Hi everyone! As some of you know, the website has been infected by a virus last month and I couldn’t access to the website, and consequently I couldn’t update the website. As I can see, some of you still could reach the website and were asking what’s going on. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, now you know. And I’d like to thank Ash for taking care of this. I missed you all and the website a lot!

That said, let’s talk about Kakà! I think you all followed the news about Ricky and especially the surprise call-up of Kakà in the NT and his great performances against Ajax, Deportivo and during the Bernabeu trophy match. Kakà showed a spectacular performance during that game (hattrick and 2 assists) , which lead Mourinho to give him a chance against Deportivo and during the Champions League match against Ajax. During that game, Kakà started the game and impressed by his performance (1 assist).

The icing on the cake was, of course, the surprised call for the NT after 2 years. Menezes explained that Kakà worked hard (he was training during his days off) that’s why he called him. Brazil will play 2 friendlies games against Iraq (thursday) and Japan. The Brazil NT is currently in Poland where they are training. (by the way do you want me to post the pictures that we missed? let me know guys.)

I also, and will end on this, just want to thank the real fans who were there for Kakà in the worst moments. Even if he is still not a starter in Madrid, Kakà reached one of his goal: to go back to the NT (hopefully he will stay there =)). So, to the couple “fans” who were here and said that Kakà was over, no need for you to come back here and comment. You support someone in the bad moments, not only the good ones! Hala Kakà!

Kakà attends to UFC in Las Vegas

Kakà was in Las Vegas last night with his friends Ronaldo and Cigano and they attended to a “Ultimate Fighting Championship” fight between the brazilian fighter Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen. Kakà also met the basketball superstar Lebron James!

    Enjoy the pictures:

    • Hana 6:45 pm on July 13, 2012 Permalink

@Santiago: oh excuse me for not believing everything I read in the medias. It’s not because you read something in the medias, it means it’s true. And Ibra >>>> Tevez. Milan are selling their best players, it’s really stupid, since they already lost a lot of players (Seedorf, Gattuso etc…). Oh and remind me how many times Kakà has been announced all over the world according to the medias? that’s why I don’t believe them.

    • Santiago 3:27 pm on July 13, 2012 Permalink

It’s a risky move. But let’s analyze it a little bit more! Negotiating 4 players does not mean they have signed them. So there is a chance Man city will say no as well as the Brazilian club Dede belongs to. But they will lose 2 superstars and use that $ to get 2 supertars that only need minutes to show how good they are ( kaka and Tevez) and a future superstar! Dede. So ifmMilan get the 3 of them. They will win as well something. Oh and don’t mind my little comment It doesn’t matter

    • Santiago 3:21 pm on July 13, 2012 Permalink

Oops I thought I wrote something long…but no. So her it goes: it sounds stupid right Hana!? Yeah I thought that until I thought about it: galliani said that we saved 150 million euros in 2 years! So it’s notma bad decision at all. They saved $ and can now replace Seedorf with Kaka, since they now have the $. Replace Ibra with Tevez (already offered 24 million euros), and replace Thiago Silva with the young Dede which promises a lot for them. So in MY opinion I say it’s a good decision by AC Milan. And Hana…still don’t wanna beleive! Just read any news on Ibra! It will say there! But the 2 signings have not yet arrived on Paris. But don’t u worry. It’s official. And I bet my next FIFA 13 and my entire 2013 savings Kaka, in 2 to 4 weeks…Kaka will no longer belong to RM!

    • sami 3:03 pm on July 13, 2012 Permalink

    • Hana 11:30 am on July 13, 2012 Permalink

Is the transfer of Ibra/Thiago Silva done (official)? If it’s the case, it’s a relly stupid move from Milan.

    • Santiago 4:16 am on July 13, 2012 Permalink

Hey Hana! I remember u and I almost arguing for weeks if Kaka stays or leaves. Well, the case is that Kaka does NOT even need to convince Mou to go back to Milan. Becasue they have seller Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AND Thiago Silva for 62 million euros. And with that $ they can replace Seedorf with Kaka. Replace Tjoago Silva with Dede, and replace Zlatan with Tevez with this new economic situation! Come on Kaka! Let’s go back HOME!

    • maef 9:32 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

WELL WE ARE IN JULY ALREADY I DO NOT THINK HE WILL MOVE it is only rumors
plus i do not think kaka is a quitter he will leave when his job is done at madrid

    • Karin 6:07 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

If Kaka stays in Madrid, I´m sure he will join the team in the pre season training (in Madrid and USA), because Mou needs Kaka in his best form and fit. Ozil might be his first choice but he could get injured and then Mou has to bring Kaka.
I hope we´ll get some official information about Kaka´s decision where to play next season soon!

    • sami 4:38 pm on July 12, 2012 Permalink

I heard from the transfer news site & alote of other sites that tottenham might buy kaka because real madrid is buying Modric but it also said that kaka wants to go back to milan not tottenham but im not really sure if it is true or not.

I wish Kaká completes the move before pre season..
@Santiago – btw Kaká will have no problem after Modric’s arrival, Modric will trouble only lass & sahin !

This is too much,,,,, no one is ready to sign kaka bcause of his wage,,, sad…. God this is too much, kaka doesnt deserve to be in this condition,,,,, I really felt bad about hearing Kaka’s present condition,,,,,

    • Santiago 5:29 am on July 10, 2012 Permalink

Well u probably don’t know that was a distraction to the media, and a message to kaka that if he goes back his salary will have to decrease. And kaka has already agreed to lower his salary from 10 to 4 million per year, and is planning to talk tp Mou and Florentino to make his transfer request lower than 25 million euros b cos Milan is not at the best economic position. And has to replace seedorf, and kaka can do that. But replacing, zambrotta, gattuso, seedorf, nests, abbiati, is not easy. But they ARE eager to get Kaka BACK!

    • Santiago 5:45 pm on July 9, 2012 Permalink

While in the opposite side of the bord, kakas transfer depends on Luka Modric! One of my favorite players! I’d like to c them play together, but if Kaka joins Milan again…be ready to be blown off by pure Brazilian playmaking genius in 2014! Go kaka convince mou! They miss u back at home!

    • Santiago 5:39 pm on July 9, 2012 Permalink

Yes! Thera hope! Let’s hope it’s not YET another lie posted by the media that Kaka will beg Mourinho to sell him for less than 25 million so he can go back to Milan and play the world cup! If kaka convinces him, he CAN go back to Milan who are experts at making veterans play better! Go KAKA! Convince Mou!

Does anyone know when Kakà & Federer are doing the Gilette event? I think it has to be this week, because Kakà has to get back to Madrid before the 15th July (if he stays a RM player) and after he will be preparing the pre-season. Federer just won Wimbledon and he is free until the 27th July (the Olympics)
