    News?

I advise everyone to take this with a pinch of salt.. because Kaka has already said that he plans to stay in Milan. Still, speculations will be speculations.AC Milan’s Kaka “75%” on way to Real Madrid Real Madrid are close to clinching an agreement for AC Milan star Kaka. Telemadrid declared yesterday that a deal was “75 per cent” done, with Kaka’s Dad having just visited Madrid to negotiate personal terms with Real directors.A source close to Kaka says the midfielder will now pressure Milan to accept a bid from Real. The Brazilian has already asked for Jon Woodgate’s No 17 shirt. Yesterday, Milan transfers chief Ariedo Braida again declared that Kaka “was not for sale” and the claims from Madrid yesterday are sure to further ignite the deteriorating situation between the two clubs. Correire Della Sera, an Italian publication, the transfer will be confirmed on the 9th of August to avoid preliminary matters in the Champions League. Also, Kak? apparently told Real that he wants the shirt number 17, currently worn by Jonathan Woodgate, one of the defenders in the team. Sources : Telemadrid, Tribal Football, Correire Della Sera.PS : I’m also sorry that the gallery cannot be accessed at this point of time.

    Good news for Milan fans

KAKA COMMITTED TO MILAN Brazil midfielder Kaka is intent on helping AC Milan to Champions League glory next season, putting to bed rumours of a move away from the San Siro. The 24-year-old has been linked with big-money moves to Chelsea and Real Madrid after the Rossoneri were penalised for their part in the Serie A match-fixing scandal. But Kaka stressed he had not been looking to leave the club who signed him from Sao Paulo in 2003 despite their recent troubles.”I am delighted we can play in the Champions League, but I wouldn’t have had any problems staying with Milan anyway,” he said.”I am honoured and proud with the contract I have signed with Milan and, I repeat, the fans should relax – I would have stayed with Milan whatever.”I am absolutely attached to this club and everything else which has been written is just chit-chat. I cannot wait to get to Milanello [the club's training complex] to commence the season.”The announcement was made on Milan’s website just hours after the club were reinstated in the Champions League next season.Carlo Ancelotti’s side will enter the third qualifying round along with Chievo, while they now have an eight-point deficit to overturn in Serie A.Source : Sportinglife

    Some updates :)

Kaka concern over Real Madrid pressure Kaka looking classy on vacation.AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has told Real Madrid that ?40 million isn’t enough to land midfielder Kaka. Real supremo Ramon Calderon has put the cash bid on the table, but Berlusconi has told his counterpart the offer is short of their valuation.Kaka is keen to see the matter settled before August 1, which is when he is due to return to Milan for preseason training. For now, he is monitoring developments while on holiday in the USA, but his representatives admit the situation is damaging his image with Milan fans.”We do not know if everything is going to be finalised shortly or if the subject is going to go on for longer,” Kaka’s agent, Diogo Kotscho, told AS.”What we continue knowing very clearly is that Kaka will not rebel. Everything that is happening is not good for his image.” Other Quotes :Kaka’s father (Bosco Leite) : “I’ve also not suggested that my son could be sold. If Real are interested in the player then they will have to turn to Milan. We have a contract with the Italian side, one which we only recently signed (until 2011),” he then added.Kaka’s father also dismissed Spanish media reports which claim that the 24-year old is keen on a transfer to the Spanish capital.”The Spanish say that Ricky (Kaka’s nickname) wants to leave? I don’t think that is the case, not at the minute anyway. I think he will stay in Milan,” he said.Clarence Seedorf : “I spent a few days on holiday with him (Kaka) and he is trying to work out what would be the best thing for him,” he said.Miscellanious* Kak? will spend a few days with his family in Sao Paulo to enjoy the rest of his vacations. * All e-mail address applications have been closed like I’ve said earlier on. I’m sorry for those who applied after that, you will have to wait for Batch Three to be opened (somewhere in August next month). Sources : Tribal Football, Sportinglife, AS

US fans, keep a look out for Kaka!

First and foremost, sorry for the lack of updates. There?have been?a lot of transfer rumors out there on Kaka, but we’ve been getting loads of that and posting them on the site. Some of them are unreliable and we only want to post what we feel is official and/or as necessary as possible. Also, all the requested @Kakafans.net e-mail addresses have been updated. You can?check them here.?I’ve been really busy, so again a thousand apologies for the delay!. AC Milan transfers chief Ariedo Braida insists midfield pair Kaka and Andrea Pirlo want to stay at the San Siro.Quotes attributed to both players in recent weeks suggest they’re considering their futures at Milan, but Braida was adamant last night: “Kaka has never spoken with any journalist, never has he said anything to anybody and he is ultra-happy to be with us.”Pirlo? I have spoken with his agent and also with him. I told him that Milan does not intend to sell anybody and he’s told me he does not want to leave. “Indeed, no-one has come to me asking for a transfer.”Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti added: “Kaka? I told you all that on July 20 he would be here – and he still is. Kaka won’t leave.” Real Madrid have ?49M contract offer for Kaka Real Madrid have drawn up a seven-year contract worth a staggering ?7 million-a-season for AC Milan star Kaka. Madrid president Ramon Calderon is also prepared to pay as much as ?37 million for the Brazil international, with the money coming from a potential new TV deal worth a massive ?600 million over six years, says AS.AC Milan director Ariedo Braida insisted yesterday that Kaka would not be sold. But the player’s Dad, Bosco Leite, has reportedly maintained contact with Real this summer and relayed developments to his son, who is currently on holiday in the USA.Calderon hopes to clinch Kaka’s signing next week in time for Real’s preseason camp in Austria, which kicks off on July 27. It’s funny how both articles contradict each other. On a lighter note, A German Publication (Stern) has voted Kaka as the MOST SEXIEST PLAYER AT THE WORLD CUP!. He emerged #1 out of 32 other players. 5800 people voted for him.?It’s the right choice people!. Click here to see the article (thanks Minou!).Sources : Tribal Football

An old picture of Kaka and new updates

Random is the way to go.Kaka talking to any journalist : UntrueApparently, Kaka has not spoken to any journalist (this has been confirmed by various sources including AC Milan themselves) about his Milan future. AC Milan’s Brazilian star Kaka has issued a statement denying that he is on the verge of joining Real Madrid. The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Bernabeu, following Milan’s 15-point penalty next season in Serie A and their removal from the Champions League.    Reports in the Spanish press suggested that the former Sao Paulo man was close to agreeing a switch to the capital club but the midfielder has moved swiftly to deny any such reports, despite being on his holidays.  The club website issued a statement after the South American phoned Milan to quell the growing rumours.  “Kaka telephoned from his holidays intent on denying that he had ever spoken to, or made any declaration to any journalist (Brazilian, Italian and above all Spanish), about his Milan future,” the club’s website read.  Oh well, to be honest at this point of time, it doesn’t really matter what people from the press are saying. I think AS took quotes said by him from a long time ago. Chelsea’s Bid for Kaka Turned Down CHELSEA?S ?70 million bid for Kak?, the Brazil midfield player, was turned down by AC Milan yesterday. Milan, still reeling from being excluded from this season?s Champions League and being given a 15-point deduction for their part in the Italian match-fixing scandal, have told Chelsea that Kak?, or any of their other stars, are not for sale at any price. ?Neither La Liga or the Premier League will be able to boast the likes of [Alessandro] Nesta, [Gennaro] Gattuso, Kak? or [Andrea] Pirlo,? Milan said in a statement last night. ?They are our champions and are here to stay. Ricky [Kak?] once again politely but firmly declined the interest of another club. Playing for Milan is a matter of the heart, like being with family.? MISC1. All @Kakafans.net e-mail address applications close in a FEW HOURS!. If you have registered, they will be finalised in a few hours. 2. If you have any graphics, icons or work done on Kaka, remember to submit them all in, especially since we are experiencing some withdrawal symptoms now. :wassat:

    Kaka speaks!

Kaka has spoken … (finally)AC Milan midfielder Kaka has broken his silence over Real Madrid’s pursuit of him. The Brazil international is a ?35 million target for Real and admitted to AS: “It makes me happy to know of the interest of Madrid and it flatters me that they want me.”But I’ll only sign for Real if they reach an agreement that makes Milan and I very happy, but mainly Milan.”Kaka added: “My family and I am happy in Milan. For that reason I have renewed my contract until 2011. I am not going to force the situation, I want that everybody knows this clearly.”Sources at Real insist they’ve been on the phone to Kaka’s Dad, Bosco Leite, and if Milan refuse to do business the player will kick up a fuss similar to how Ronaldo (Inter Milan) and Robinho (Santos) managed to get moves away from their former clubs. Finally, he has said something!. Video* Pre-World Cup Guarana Advertisement [Watch] or [Download]MISC1. Also, thanks to all those who voted in yesterday’s poll. Looks like a staggering 94% of you feel that the Champions League is important to a player, especially Kaka. 2. Remember, all @kakafans.net e-mail applications closes this Wednesday. So don’t forget to sign up for yours  !. Sources : Tribal Football, Guarana

One update… and your vote needed!

Real Madrid launch 35M bid for AC Milan’s Kaka Real Madrid are ready to offer 35 million for AC Milan midfield ace Kaka. While he remains in talks with Juventus over Fabio Cannavaro, Gianluca Zambrotta and Emerson, Real sports chief Predrag Mijatovic will table a major bid for Kaka this week.Kaka faces two seasons out of the Champions League because of AC Milan’s Calciopoli punishment and those close to the Brazilian are indicating he is now considering his future.Only days ago Real offered 20 million for Kaka, but the bid did not even bring a response from Milan. Mijatovic expects an answer from Milan officials this week when he tables an improved offer.Kaka’s Brazil teammate Julio Baptista told AS: “He’s a good person. A player very focused and hard working. But never has he said to me that he wants to come to Madrid.  “He has always told me that he was very happy in Milan and that he wanted to renew his contract. “Now I do not know if he has changed his opinion. But yes, sometimes he has asked me how things are at Real Madrid.” Source : Tribal FootballMy 10 cents…Well to be honest, Milan is a good club and what happened to them (losing points, being booted out of European competitions etc) is really unfortunate. But for a player like Kaka, he DESERVES to play in a top competition like the Champions League. It will be unfair to him otherwise- and I’d be honestly pissed off if we don’t get to see him play in that competition for two seasons (if Milan don’t manage to catch up in the 2007 season). He’s well on the way to becoming one of the best players our generation has ever seen… and NO CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FOOTBALL?!. It’s his RIGHT to play in one – every top player wants 3 things :1. The World Cup 2. The European Championship 3. The Domestic Championship. So why deny him that right?. CL action is the best place for him to showcase his talent to the world (remember his goals against Fenerbache, Bayern Munich?). So whatever Milan are going to do, I hope they are doing the best for their players, especially those whose careers are just beginning to peak. Like Kaka’s. Serie-A just isn’t enough. VOTE! and comment with your opinions! Is the Champions League important to a player’s growth?YesNo
